Picking up a package from an Locker

You can pick up your package from an Locker after you receive your delivery confirmation email.

Two different types of lockers. To learn more about the different locker types, visit Locker.

Locker with screen

  1. Open your delivery confirmation email or go to the Track Package page in Your Orders.

  2. Locate the 6-digit pickup code and the barcode.

  3. Enter your pickup code on the touchscreen or scan the barcode using the locker scanner. The scanner is located directly below the touchscreen.

  4. The correct locker will open, and you can collect your package.

Locker without screen

  1. To authorize the connection to the locker, enable Location Services and Bluetooth on your smartphone.

  2. Open your delivery confirmation email and select Start Pickup, or go to Your Orders in the Shopping app.

  3. Select Track Package.

  4. To connect to the locker, select Start Pickup.

  5. Once the connection is established, select Open Locker.

  6. The correct locker will open, and you can collect your package.

To pick up your package, read the instructions provided in your confirmation email carefully. If you do not collect your package, it will be returned to your eShop. For more information on packages returned as undeliverable, see Undeliverable Packages.

Note:
If you want someone else to pick up your package, simply forward them the delivery confirmation email. They will find the pickup code or the Start Pickup button there. For smartphone-activated lockers, the person will need a smartphone with a Bluetooth connection and the latest version of the eShop app.
