If there is a loud noise coming from your machine try the following:

Reservoir Tank Machine:
1. Verify that reservoir tank has water (should be at least half full)
2. Coffee grounds that are too course can cause a noise. Try grinding them finer.

Direct Water Source Machine
1. Verify that the water to the machine is turned on.
2. Verify that there is not a kink in the hose.
3. Coffee grounds that are too course can cause a noise. Try grinding them finer.
